Spring Cleaning Challenge with Pure Austin Fitness
Objective: Eat a fruit or vegetable with every meal or snack April 29 – May 13
- Dried, fried or covered in sugar fruits and vegetables don’t count.
- Juice does not count.
- Produce must be fresh or frozen.
- One serving is approximately half a cup. Use your best judgment.
- White potatoes and corn don’t count at they are primarily starch.
- The more, the better!
Strong suggestion – Aim for a vegetable at lunch and dinner. Fruit is optional.
Strong suggestion – Eat a wide variety of produce.
