Spring Cleaning Challenge with Pure Austin Fitness

Objective: Eat a fruit or vegetable with every meal or snack April 29 – May 13

Official Rules:

  1. Dried, fried or covered in sugar fruits and vegetables don’t count.
  2. Juice does not count.
  3. Produce must be fresh or frozen.
  4. One serving is approximately half a cup.  Use your best judgment.
  5. White potatoes and corn don’t count at they are primarily starch.
  6. The more, the better!

Strong suggestion – Aim for a vegetable at lunch and dinner.  Fruit is optional.

Strong suggestion – Eat a wide variety of produce.
