I began meeting with Tracy with three main objectives in mind: 1) stabilize my energy levels throughout the day, 2) help fuel optimal performance in preparation for my first triathlon, and 3) ensure proper nutritional habits to prevent long-term disease. Although I've become a relatively healthy eater in recent years, I still felt that I was not giving my body what it needed, especially in relation to my triathlon workouts. I did not have an eating "strategy" or "plan." Tracy provided me with in-depth nutritional guidance, explained why different foods are needed in different scenarios, and helped me develop an eating plan and schedule to follow each day. As a result, I've achieved fitness results that I've never before been able to hit, and I now enjoy much more consistent energy levels throughout the day. Tracy Is A Rockstar! In my experience, nutrition advice is a lot like detective work. In our first session, Tracy isolated 3 deficiencies in my current diet that were sapping my energy levels during the day, inhibiting my muscle growth gains in the gym, and decreasing my athletic performance. The small changes Tracy recommended had a huge impact. The changes supercharged my energy to levels I haven't had in years and have helped me set new personal bests in the gym and on the athletic fields. A lot of nutritionists/dietitians offer the same regurgitated advice that yields no results. Upon sitting down with Tracy you immediately realize you've found someone different.
